Summary
Vision Envision is a retrospective exhibition based on the Op art, or optical art, movement. Op artists are well known for using an abstract style of visual language that uses optical illusions as a means of giving the viewer an impression of dimension, hidden images, and vibrating patterns.
This book introduces a unique pattern of triangles to create an optical illusion of its own; in order to capture the imagination of viewers and take a deeper dive into why this movement was so popular and successful.
The Vision Envision project was created and developed at ArtCenter College of Design in Pasadena, California under the guidance of various teachers.
